Shipping policy
Shipping will be processed though USPS Ground Advantage (Tracking/Insurance up to $100). Upgraded shipping is available upon request. All charges for upgraded shipping will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser (including orders over $35).
Free Shipping on orders $35 and over (excluding upgraded shipping & shipping rates above $7).
Customers agree that Zulu Foxtrot Designs LLC or any of its Affiliates are not liable for lost or damaged items once the order has been fulfilled.
USPS Ground Advantage Shipping has an average of 5-8 business days for delivery. If an order has not been received after the 10th business day, please reach out to Zulu Foxtrot Designs LLC and we will do our best to make the situation right.
